Created by the Government as a sub-committee of Homes & Communities Agency (the national housing regeneration agency), to ensure a co-ordinated approach to planning and delivery of growth and development in the ‘new city’.


· Sustainable Residential Quarter SPD (Supplementary Planning Document)
Produced by Milton Keynes Partnership and adopted by Milton Keynes Council this document works alongside the Local Plan and CMK Development Framework to guide developers on this development. Sustainable Residential Quarter is also referred to as the area called West End in Central Milton Keynes.
