The development will be built around a newly created area of public space bounded by the Xscape building and the new development, which will also front Avebury Boulevard and will include:

• Speciality retailing
• Cafes and restaurants
• 126 – 170 bed Hotel
• Possible Casino Site

Development stage:
During 2006 Milton Keynes Council identified the Xscape site as having potential for additional leisure and retail development. A licence for a single medium-sized casino has been assigned to Milton Keynes.  Xscape will now have to bid for the casino licence (along with city sites) – the Leisure Plaza has also been granted planning permission for a casino on their site.
