• Possible Casino Site

During 2006 Milton Keynes Council identified the Xscape site as having potential for additional leisure and retail development.

Legal Note:
Milton Keynes Council will be granting a Large Casino Premises Licence to the operator who submits the most advantageous non-financial and financial proposal that will benefit the Milton Keynes community . It is anticipated that following a global invitation the licence will be awarded in late 2011. Milton Keynes Council has no preferred site for this new business opportunity.
