Location:
The residential site (Phase 1) is located between Campbell Hieights and Albion Place off Avebury Boulevard.

Proposals
Phase 1 incorporates 280 apartments, town houses (including 30% affordable housing) and a small amount of retail space. Phase 2 consists of of 38 apartments and townhouses and phase 3 consists of 12 2 bed apartments and 7 townhouses.

Development stage:
The development will be built in 5 stages. The first stage, Croft Court saw the first residents move in during December 2008. Phase 2, Field Court was completed in November 2009 and work continues on the third stage (Bronze Court) was completed late 2010. Stages 4 and 5 (Enigma and Grid Court) will be undertaken in the near future.
