Paul is Senior Partner at Keens Shay Keens. Having trained and qualified with Ernst & Young in London, he joined the
Milton Keynes firm in 1981, and has been very closely involved in the business community in Milton Keynes since the
opening of the city centre office in 1986.
Paul has been involved with a number of Milton Keynes organisations, and lived in the city for many years. He has a keen
interest on the effects of the development of the city on the business community, and is a great supporter of the original
concept, and quality projects and developments.
He hopes that those original concepts will not be watered down in the course of future developments by poor planning and low grade designs, which, in his opinion, would reduce the resulting city, in which currently he has great pride.
