Cec Tallack has been a (Liberal Democrat) member of Milton Keynes Council since 1993.

He represents Central Milton Keynes on MK Council, which is part of his Campbell Park ward (it also includes Oldbrook, Fishermead, Springfield and Woolstone).

Cec is Chair of the Licensing and Regulatory Committees in Milton Keynes.
This deals with a wide variety of issues from decisions relating to alcohol,
public entertainment, gambling and the many other types of licence dealt
with by the local authority to the regulation of the taxi regime.

Cec represents Milton Keynes on the Bucks and MK Fire Authority and the
South East Regional Assembly. He is a member of the SE Regional Transport
Board and the Council of Europe Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.
He was a member of Milton Keynes Council’s Cabinet from 2002-07.
He is a season ticket holder at Milton Keynes Dons FC and manages his spare
time to be at matches.
