
Milton Keynes City Centre Management (MKCCM) is the operational arm of Milton Keynes City Centre Management Limited, which employs MKCCM's Management Team (City Centre Manager, Communications Officer and Administrator) and manages the funds raised from our members'. The organisation has a Company Board, made of principal funders, representatives of the associate funders and co-opted members' as and when the Directors consider it appropriate. Responsibility for the overall direction of the Company, the finances and the management team together with the strategic direction of CMK operating through the Operations Group and Stakeholder Forum.

As our name implies, working together is central to everything that we do. Our two specialist Groups – Operations and Stakeholder Form – are all made up of representatives from our member organisations. Each group actively looks to involve, work with and inform a wide range of local and regional organisations.
Operations Group
The Operations Group is focused on tangible delivery of projects and services relating to the day to day functions within CMK. It is chaired by a Director of the Company with a direct interest in the operational agenda. The Group may have its own sub-groups as and when the need arises to focus on specific operational matters such as - Discover Milton Keynes and the After8 Group.
The meeting is held six times per year with papers incorporating project development and progress, these are produced by the City Centre Management Team. Appointments to the Operations Group are made annually at the AGM. Additional members' may be added during the year on an ad hoc basis.

Stakeholder Forum
It is the forum for debate and exchange of views on any matters concerned with CMK, being chaired by an appropriate members fo the CMK Community.
Meetings are held four times a year with papers detailing ideas and initatives for the future of CMK and these are co-ordinated by the City Centre Management Team. Membership of the Stakeholder Forum includes principal and associate funders, elected representatives of the residents via the Town/Parish Councils plus co-opted members' with an interest in CMK that the funders consider appropriate. Appointments to the Stakeholder Forum are made annually at the AGM with additional members' being added during the year on an ad hoc basis.
MKCCM is either formally a member of or works closely with a number of key bodies to shape the future of CMK.
